This is an unashamedly conservative venture, in other words its goal is to conserve or rediscover the values and traditions of our nation that I believe promote stability and welfare, in other words, what is for the common good. Therefore the things that have evolved over hundreds of years such as our traditional hard won freedoms which are now disappearing, the constitutional monarchy, our Christian heritage and the common law should be sustained and upheld rather than sneered at and attacked. Tony Blair nailed his colours to the mast some years ago when he talked about destroying the forces of conservatism.  I think very few people realise just how determined a relatively small group of opinion formers, thinkers and so called members of the elite have set out to utterly change the face of this nation, and have in many ways succeeded. Successive government since the war have been complicit in this to a greater or lesser extent. However, the New Labour governments of 1997 to 2010 in my opinion were our worst governments in living memory and there was something truly dark behind their whole thrust of policy that threatened our survival as a nation. Their relentless attack on freedom and constant law-making alone were deeply disturbing. The more laws you make the more freedoms you take. This website aims to play a part in a far greater and wider alliance that has begun to foment in the UK as more and more people realise that there are forces at work which seek to utterly destroy this nation and all it stands for historically, and those forces have achieved great success. I believe the only thing that will stop and reverse this trend is a realisation that conservative with a small ‘c’ values are the only values that can help resurrect the UK and lead to long term stability.

The purpose of this website is to be a little catalyst for action in Great Britain before it is too late, amongst many other catalysts. Right now this nation is on the edge of a precipice, we are in danger of losing all our freedoms, the heavy hand of the state, both national and EU, is intruding more and more into peoples’ everyday lives and the weight of oppression is beginning to be felt across the nation by more and more people. Now is time for action by all who love this country, whether their roots have been here for centuries or whether recent immigrants who have decided to assimilate and embrace our culture, or what is left of it. It has been said on many occasions that evil triumphs when good men do nothing; this is the time for good men to rise up and say ‘enough is enough.’ Some say it is too late, but our greatest enemy is ourselves, the cynicism of the British people, not merely a national weakness but a serious blot on our character, could yet destroy us.

This website and any accompanying blog is designed primarily for the people of the UK, especially for those who know that things have gone dreadfully wrong in our country and we are on a one way ticket to potential catastrophe. That is not to say there are still many good things about our country, but if good men do nothing, as the old adage says, evil will triumph.

The information I will be posting will be of a political, cultural, historical and current affairs nature designed to get people to think beyond day to day affairs to the big picture. I make no pretence at being some great thinker, others can write far more eloquently than me. However, my efforts will just add to the weight of effort being made by increasing numbers to rescue our nation. Much of what I say will have already been said, although I will put my own slant on things.

I am doing this because I love my country and everything good that it has stood for. It has not all been good, but there is enough good to want to conserve. Also the UK has given me much in terms of freedom and liberty to run my own life, a good education, appreciation of many great traditions, and a chance to dip into a rich and varied history and culture which has helped make us the people we are today. We have been given an amazing heritage through these islands, and we have a responsibility to pass on that heritage from those who have gone before us down to children and grandchildren.
